Innovis Engineering Paint is an original-manufacturer-formula 

coating brand developed in partnership between Max Deco and 

Australia Building Components Pty Ltd. Formulated specifically

for Hong Kong's unique climatic conditions and technical

specifications, our products are developed under the leadership

of a PhD in Chemical Engineering from a world top-40 Australian

university and manufactured in internationally certified

production facilities in China, ensuring batch-to-batch

consistency and full compliance with rigorous performance

standards.

The series encompasses three coating systems, each aligning

with Hong Kong Government SOR 2023 requirements:

 

Emulsion Paint System (SOR 15003–15007) — A complete interior/exterior solution featuring sealing primers (P6801/P6901) and topcoats (P9802/P9901), delivering high hiding power, strong alkali resistance, and outstanding cost efficiency.

Anti-Mould Acrylic Emulsion System (SOR 15008–15012) — Engineered for high-humidity environments, certified to ASTM G-21 for mould resistance. Interior model A3000 and exterior model P9902 provide lasting anti-mould and anti-algae protection.

Water-Based Polyurethane Waterproofing System (SOR 15247–15248) — A two-component, water-borne polyurethane topcoat (W102 T06W-UV) offering superior waterproofing, UV-stable non-yellowing performance, exceptional adhesion, and chemical/salt-spray resistance — the flagship solution for exterior walls and roof protection.

All products are tested by internationally recognised laboratories to ISO, ASTM, and BS EN standards, with comprehensive test reports available to support the approval process.
